Welcome to TempSocial. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TempSocial platform, including the website at tempsocial.app and the web application at events.tempsocial.app (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Nationwide Billing Group, LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use TempSocial. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To use TempSocial, you must create an account by providing a first name and either an email address with password or by using our guest access feature. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your profile information current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
TempSocial is a temporary social networking platform designed for events. Event organizers create events with unique join codes. Attendees join events, create profiles, and connect with other attendees through real-time chat. Events are temporary by design — connections are tied to the event context.
If you create an event on TempSocial, you are responsible for the event and its participants. You agree to use the event management features responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws. We are not responsible for the conduct of event organizers or attendees.
Event organizers may choose to require GPS check-in, set capacity limits, and moderate their events. These tools are provided as-is without guarantee of effectiveness.
Attendee information (event organizers). If you host an event, you may access and export the information attendees provide when they join (name, email, and any phone or social profiles they've made shareable). You're responsible for how you use it. TempSocial isn't responsible for an organizer's use of attendee information.
By joining or requesting to join an event, you acknowledge that the event organizer may receive the information you provide as described in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or ban users who violate these rules at our sole discretion.
You retain ownership of the content you create on TempSocial, including profile information, messages, photos, and reviews. By posting content on the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not monitor or endorse user content, but we may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
TempSocial offers optional paid plans for event organizers that unlock additional features such as increased event capacity, advanced moderation tools, and analytics. Plan details and pricing are displayed at the time of purchase and on our pricing page.
Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
All purchases are final. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases you have already completed.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
TempSocial may use your device's location for GPS check-in features at events that require it. Location data is used only for event check-in verification and is not tracked in the background. You can control location access through your device settings.
Some events require GPS check-in to confirm attendees are physically present. Your precise location is never shared with other attendees — they only see that you have checked in to the same event.
You may block any user at any time. Blocked users cannot see your profile, send you messages, or interact with you on the platform. You may also report users who violate these Terms. We review reports and take action as appropriate, but we are not obligated to take any specific action.
You may delete your account at any time through the app's account settings. Account deletion is subject to a 30-day grace period during which you may cancel the deletion by logging back in. After 30 days, your data will be permanently anonymized and cannot be recovered.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, without prior notice or liability.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We do not screen or verify the identity of users. You interact with other users at your own risk. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nationwide Billing Group, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, personal injury, or property damage.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $20, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nationwide Billing Group, LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.
